NON metal cutting source - CO2 laser tube
There are 3 type of laser tubes can be choosen.
JK single laser tube 150W-180W, cut acrylic sheet ≤30mm;
SLW folded laser tube 300W, cut acrylic ≤30mm;
JK beam combinated laser tube 320W, cut acrylic ≤40mm, which is the most stable and powerful laser tube in China.
High precision transmission
This machine XYZ adopt ball screw transmission.
It is the perfect transmission to cut acrylic with polished effect. And it is very high accurate on cutting metal sheet.
Servo system- Japan Mitshubishi servo motors& drivers
This machine XYZ adopt well known brand Japan Mitshubishi servo motors and drivers, which is very stable.The failure rate is almost zero.
Two laser heads
This machine equip two laser heads,
One for cutting metal, fiber laser cutting head; Another is for cutting non-metal, DAHAN laser research and develop independently, suitable to install differet size of focus heads.
Control system- Au3tech software
Customized Au3Tech metal & non-metal cutting system.There is single toggle switch between metal &non-metal cutting functions.
It is very easy to switch different cutting modes.
Two different working tables
We DAHAN laser design two different working table to cut metal or nonmetal;
The CS sharp triangulate metal bars are for fiber laser cutting metal sheets;
The aluminum bars are for CO2 laser to cut non-metal sheets.
