Part two: installation1.Make sure to follow the operation instruction as shown in the illustration. With special power supplier, the electrodes closed to viewfinder connected to positive pole and the electrodes near the output mirror connected to negative pole.
2.It may cause the following consequence for noninstruction installation: The cutting speed will be slowed because of the deformation of beam output model, Arcing, inner tube punctured by electicity so that cause water leakage.
Part three: Operation condition1.Cooling liquid: purified water, 3 to 5 liter/minute; water temperature: 15℃-35℃. (Recommended temperature 20℃—30℃ with compressor water cooling machine)
2.Environment: temperature 5℃-40℃; humidity 15℃-60%.
3.The working current: strictly control current increased life span of laser tube. Recommented current within 8- 24mA. The actual current must be subject to the data shown in ammeter connected to negative electrode of laser tube.
Part four: working performance include cutting function and engraving.
Part five: Attention1. Handle with care because of glass material.
2.The joint unit and screw on the top of both side of laser tube is not allowed to be moved, otherwise the out power will be declined, even the laser will be scrapped.
3.Treatment for pollution of mirror(1) Blow the mirror surface sideways with air blower. Then spray the pure alcohol on the mirror surface with needle sprayer. Turn on the laser after the alcohol gets fully volatilized. (2) If the above mentioned method doesn't work well, it's necessary to clean the mirror surface from middle to the edge with tampon with alcoho strictly operated by trained worker. (3) We do not recommend other liquid such as acetone. (4) Recommend to use laser in clean air environment for longer life span.
Part six: The laser beam is invisible light. Please wear protective glasses when debugging the laser. The positive pole is in high voltage. Pay attention to the security marks.
